Shipping policy

 

Delivery Charge Within India: Always FREE above Rs. 500 Order Value and non COD orders. 

Delivery Charge Outside India: Chargeable at very reasonable cost. We ship all our international orders through Shipping Partners Fedex, DHL, UPS, Aramex and others.  

Do all orders get FREE shipping?

Smile! Your order will be shipped for free within India if your purchase is  above Rs 500 and you make an advance payment. 

For all international orders, delivery charges will be extra. Please write to us at connect@positivelyperfect.me for international orders courier charges.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally. Please write to us at connect@positivelyperfect.me with your chosen products and your shipping address and we will revert to you with shipping cost. Please note there may be additional duties and taxes which may be applicable in your country of delivery which we are not able to share with you in advance . This will be directly payable by you at the time of delivery.

Do I have to pay anything extra at the time of taking delivery? Any hidden cost that I should  know of?

There are NO hidden costs and you have to pay nothing to the courier company at the time of delivery. Just receive your product. Ensure that the packet looks ok and sign off the courier slip. It’s that simple.

I have not received my Package yet. What should I do?

Depending on the city of delivery in India the packet may take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days. Most orders are shipped the next day from our warehouse in Gurgaon. When we ship your order we send in a tracking number along with the name of the courier company we have used for sending your order. Just take the tracking number from your email and track your shipment on the website of that courier service, be it Delhivery, Smartr Logistics etc.

I am not able to place an order for the design I like. It’s marked as Out of Stock? What should I do?

If an item is marked as Out of Stock it means that we no longer have it in stock currently. However since we design and manufacture every single design we sell on positivelyperfect.me products are available again relatively quickly . Sometimes it’s just a question of hours and sometimes a few days. Write to us if you need a particular design and we will do everything we can to make it available as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order we send in a tracking number along with the name of the courier company we have used for your particular consignment. Just use the tracking number from your email and track your shipment.

What is the shipping charge for returning an order?

If you are returning defective or damaged goods then you don’t pay anything for return courier. Please note that in case of damaged or defective goods we will ship the new piece of the same product back to you which you ordered in the first place.

I need to return an item. How do I arrange for pick up?

Returns are easy. Just pack the unused product as it was shipped and drop us an email at connect@positivelyperfect.me with your order ID number and the reason you would like to return the product . Also tell us a convenient day and location for the return pick up. 

We will have our courier come and do the pick up from you. Please note we are not able to specify a time when our person will come for pick up. We can only specify a day with a tentative time window. However since pickups are done by either Delhivery , Smartr Logistics  and other comparable courier services there is little that we can control. We can assure you that we will do our best to make this process smooth and easy.

Once the pick up is done we will send you an email with a tracking number and finally, when we receive it in our warehouse in Gurgaon we will intimate you via email and minus our nominal return fee of Rs 150 per piece , your account will be credited with the original amount.
