Refund policy

Making a purchase on Positively Perfect is easy and returns and refunds are easier too.

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding returns that we hope will help!

 

Was your piece damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We insure all of our shipments, so your timely notification is vital to our refund process in order for you to receive a 100% refund.

If the packaging appears opened or damaged upon receipt, please do not accept it. Simply make a note on the courier’s slip itself that the package appears damaged, and send it back.

In the event that the outer package looked fine, but the pieces were damaged, please take some photos and send them to connect@positivelyperfect.me. We’ll take care of the rest!

 

What do we need from you?

Repack your purchase in its original packaging, and we’ll make arrangements for pickup. Please pack it in the same condition as you received it.

If all is well and good when we receive your product back in our fulfillment center, we will return your money within seven business days.

 

Have a change of mind and want to exchange the piece which you got?

In a rare circumstance that you do not like what you received please send the courier back to us within 30 days from the time you receive it and we will be happy to exchange the piece with any other design. We only charge Rs. 150 for Return shipment in India per product. International reshipment charges will be on actual. We can give you the estimate when you connect with us. We will collect the piece from your address and send a new one once the return shipment cost and difference in price for the new product if any is paid

Returns for Personalised Products

We offer returns for personalised products in case there is a manufacturing or quality defect. Just send us the image on connect@pinnacleworks.com with your order number and we will do the needful. However we are unable to take them back in case you have a change in mind. All sales for personalised products are final.

 

Return & Refund for International Orders

Similar rule apply for International Orders too. However please remember government duties, taxes and International shipping charge do make this process expensive. If we make a mistake in your order or their is a manufacturing defect we will bear all the costs but in case you want to exchange the product all costs need to be borne by you.
